What’s the difference between a physical product and an STL?
A physical product is printed and shipped to you. An STL is a digital file for use with your own 3D printer or a printing service; nothing is shipped.
Do physical prints arrive painted?
Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, pieces are sold unpainted so you can finish them to match your costume, display, or preferred color palette.
When do I receive a digital download?
Eligible digital files become available after payment is completed, so you can start preparing your print right away.
Can I resize an STL file?
Yes. Most slicer software can scale a model, but fit, strength, tolerances, and connector sizes may change. Review the listing notes before printing.
How quickly do physical orders ship?
